About Inzen

Why Inzen exists

Most businesses have already brushed up against AI. A chatbot here, a trial subscription there, a demo that looked impressive in a meeting and then quietly went nowhere. The tools were never the problem. The gap was always what came after - turning a clever idea into something a team actually relies on, every day, without a platform to wrestle with or a contract to justify.

Inzen was founded to close that gap for smaller business, who are too often told AI is either an enterprise luxury or a toy. It's neither. It's a tool that, built properly and scoped honestly, quietly removes the parts of the job that were never the best use of anyone's time. Quietly saving time and money.

Not magic. Just momentum.

Who's behind it

Inzen is founded and run by Ben Walker, based in the South East of England.

Ben's background is in enterprise data and technology consulting - over 19 years spent working with organisations on data, infrastructure, and technical delivery, translating complex systems into something a business can actually use. That experience shapes how Inzen works: less about chasing the newest model, more about understanding what a business genuinely needs, then building the smallest thing that does the job properly.

How we work

We sit with a business, not in front of it. Every engagement starts with a conversation about what's actually slow or repetitive - not a pitch for what AI could theoretically do. From there:

  • Proof of Concept - a focused, fixed-price build around one clearly defined problem, tested against real data, with an honest view of what comes next.
  • Production Rollout - once something's proven, we take it from working prototype to a properly hosted, secured, monitored application your team can depend on.
  • Support & Maintenance - going live is the beginning, not the end. A steady hand keeps things running as your business evolves.

Full detail on each is on the Services page.

Where we're headed

Inzen is still young, and deliberately built that way - we'd rather grow through work that holds up than promises that don't. If you want to see what we've been building, the blog has our latest thinking, and Use Cases shows the kind of problems we solve.

If something here sounds like your business, get in touch - the first conversation is free, and there's no pressure attached to it.
