1. What kind of AI work do you help with?

We work across the full journey — from figuring out whether AI is worth pursuing, through to building and supporting production applications. Typical engagements include proof-of-concept builds, process automation, document and data assistants, and integrating AI capabilities into the tools your team already uses.

We keep the approach practical: start with one high-value use case, prove it works, then scale only when the outcome justifies it.

2. How much does it cost?

Advisory sessions are priced by the half or full day — a good starting point if you're not ready to commit to a build. Proof-of-concept work starts at £3,000 and production rollouts from £10,000 — both fixed-scope with an agreed price before anything is built. Ongoing support is a simple monthly retainer. There are no hidden costs and no surprises mid-project.

There are no hidden costs and no surprises mid-project.

3. How long does a typical project take?

A proof-of-concept typically produces something testable within two to four weeks. A production rollout depends on complexity, integrations, and decision speed on your side, but most engagements complete within six to ten weeks.

We will always give you a clear timeline before work begins.

4. Do we need technical staff on our side?

No. We work with business owners, operations leads, and team managers as comfortably as we work with developers. You need to understand your problem and your workflows — we handle the technical side. If you have technical staff, great. If not, that's fine too.

5. Do you work remotely, on-site, or both?

Both. Most work is delivered remotely, which keeps things efficient and flexible. Where it helps — discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, handover — we can come to you.

6. What do you need from us to get started?

Three things: access to the right people, a clear problem worth exploring, and enough context about your systems and data to judge feasibility. We don't expect everything to be mapped out before the first conversation.

7. How do you handle security and data privacy?

Security and privacy are considered from the start, not added afterwards. We work within your existing constraints, minimise unnecessary data movement, and default to safe architecture decisions throughout.

8. What if the proof of concept doesn't work out?

It happens, and we would rather tell you early than push forward with something that isn't working. If a PoC reveals that the use case isn't viable — or that the timing isn't right — you will leave with an honest assessment and a clear view of why.

No sunk cost, no awkward conversation. That clarity has value too.

9. How is Inzen different from a larger consultancy?

You work directly with the people doing the work — not an account manager passing requirements to an offshore team. We are a small, focused practice, which means faster decisions, lower overhead, and advice that isn't shaped by a need to sell you the next engagement. We also tell you when AI isn't the right answer, which larger consultancies rarely do.

10. Can you help after deployment?

Yes. Our Support & Maintenance service keeps the application healthy after go-live — covering proactive maintenance, small improvements, model updates, and a direct line to raise issues as they arise. No ticket queues, no waiting to see if something qualifies for support.

11. How do we know whether AI is worth pursuing?

That's exactly what the initial consultation is for. We pressure-test the problem, the data, the constraints, and the likely return — before recommending anything.

A good outcome from the first conversation is clarity. Sometimes that means moving ahead. Sometimes it means the timing or use case isn't right yet. Either way, you leave knowing where you stand.

12. What is the next step?

Start with a free consultation. We'll clarify your goals, identify the most practical starting point, and give you an honest view of what's possible.
