How we use AI tools and protect client data

Inzen uses AI tools to support analysis, drafting, and delivery, but we do not treat client information as disposable training data.

Client data

Handled under the least-privileged workflow possible

Training use

No client data is used to train public models without permission

1. How We Use AI

We use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, summarisation, analysis, and software delivery work when it is appropriate to do so. The goal is to improve clarity and momentum, not to replace human judgment.

2. How Client Data Is Handled

Client data is only shared with tools or providers when it is necessary for the work being performed and when the workflow has been reviewed for risk. We prefer minimised inputs, redaction where practical, and purpose-specific handling over broad reuse.

We do not intentionally use client data to train public AI models without an explicit agreement that says otherwise.

3. Human Oversight

AI outputs are reviewed by a human before they are treated as final advice, published content, or production-ready implementation. We expect every output to be checked for accuracy, compliance, and fit for purpose.

4. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not promise that an AI tool is safe for every use case without review.
  • We do not advise clients to put sensitive information into a public tool without understanding the risks.
  • We do not present machine-generated material as if it were independently verified when it is not.

5. Questions

If you want to know how a specific workflow handles data, contact us before work begins and we will explain the setup in plain language.
