A single monthly fee covers everything the application needs to stay healthy - proactive monitoring of the logs, minor adjustments as things evolve, small improvements as they become worthwhile and updates to the underlying models if a newer version genuinely improves how the application performs.
It also gives you a direct line to raise issues as they arise. No tickeet queues, no waiting to see if something qualifies for support. If something doesn't feel right, you tell us and we look at it.
Each month you receive a short health-check summary - how things are performing, anything worth noting and what small improvements would have the most impact next. Quarterly conversations to look further ahead: new capabilities worth exploring, potential new features worth planning for.
